Where the money goes. All proceeds are donated to Canteen Aotearoa. NZ Esports is the merchant of record: it collects the funds and transfers the total to Canteen when the campaign closes. Purchases are not tax deductible and no donee receipt can be issued.

Messages and drawings. Every text message and drawing is reviewed before it can appear. NZ Esports may edit, hold, or remove any submission at its discretion, including after payment, to protect the families and rangatahi this campaign supports.

Refunds. No refunds are provided for offensive submissions. If Stripe records a full refund for a purchase, the associated blocks are removed from the public flag and made available for someone else to purchase.
